The Oklahoma State Department of Health issues food establishment licenses with uniform statewide fees. Cafes and restaurants are licensed as Retail Combination; food trucks and carts are Mobile Retail Food. Initial application fees are higher than annual renewal fees.

Temporary food establishment licenses apply for up to 14 consecutive days. A Seasonal license valid for up to 180 days costs $250 initial.
