Standardize every drink on a card your team can follow

Document each drink once (sizes, ingredients, build steps, and notes), then print a deck to trim and laminate for the bar. Consistent drinks train new baristas faster and keep regulars coming back.

Writing build steps that stick

Great steps are short and impossible to mess up: one action each, in the order it happens. If a new barista could follow it on day one, you nailed it. Aim for four to six steps per drink.
